Privacy Policy for OE Dashboard

OE Dashboard ("we", "our", or "the App") is published by Mostafa Mohamed and operated under the OdooElevate brand. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use it on your iOS device.

1. Information We Collect

OE Dashboard is a business productivity application that connects to your own Odoo ERP server. We do not operate any backend server, database, or analytics service. The App collects only the following information, stored locally on your device:

  • Server URL ? The address of the Odoo server you connect to.
  • Database name ? The Odoo database identifier you specify.
  • Username and password ? Your Odoo login credentials, used solely to authenticate with your Odoo server.
  • Session cookies ? Issued by your Odoo server after successful login, used to maintain your session.

2. How Information Is Used

The information listed above is used exclusively to:

  • Authenticate you against the Odoo server you specify.
  • Retrieve sales dashboard data (KPIs, charts, orders) from your Odoo server.
  • Enable optional "Remember me" functionality for faster re-login.

The App does not collect, transmit, or share any data with third-party services, advertisers, or analytics providers.

3. Data Storage

Login credentials, when "Remember me" is enabled, are stored in the iOS Keychain using flutter_secure_storage. The Keychain is encrypted by iOS and accessible only to OE Dashboard. No data is sent to any server controlled by us ? all data flows directly between your device and the Odoo server you have configured.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any user information with third parties. The App communicates exclusively with the Odoo server you configure. Privacy and security of data on that Odoo server are governed by the policies of that server's operator (typically your employer or business).

5. Network Connections

OE Dashboard makes network requests only to the Odoo server URL you provide. No other network communication occurs.

6. Children's Privacy

OE Dashboard is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

7. Your Rights

You can clear all stored credentials at any time by:

  • Tapping Logout inside the app ? clears the active session.
  • Uninstalling OE Dashboard ? fully removes all locally stored data.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at the URL where you are currently reading this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
